Suspicious Logins
The purpose of Sellvio's suspicious login detection is to protect user accounts and sensitive data by identifying and responding to unusual or potentially harmful login activities.
Sellvio tracks the geographical location and IP address of login attempts. If a user typically logs in from a specific location and suddenly tries to log in from another location, the system logs it as a suspicious login and sends a warning email to the store administrators.
The Suspicious Logins screen is used to review suspicious login events and related data.
This administrative screen can be accessed from the admin sidebar under User Management → Suspicious Logins.
- Name – The user who logged in when the suspicious login was documented. Clicking on the name opens the user's edit screen.
- Email – The user's email address.
- Login City – The location (city or town) from which the user logged in when the suspicious login was documented.
- Last city – The location (city or town) from which the user logged in during the previous login.

- Last Login – The date and time of the user's most recent login.
- Search – Clicking the "Search" button displays a search form that allows administrators to narrow down the list of suspicious logins based on various search criteria.
